World's Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe That Makes 6 doz

Ingredients:

2 Eggs at room temperature
Cup Butter
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt to taste
3 Cups Flour
1 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Cup Pecan
2 Packages Semisweet Chocolate Chips 6.oz packs

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375 F.

2. Mix thoroughly shortneing, butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Blend in remaining ingredients.

3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until LIGHT brown.

5. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet. Makes about 6 doz. cookies.
