Ingredients:
•1 small carton fresh mushrooms, sliced
•1 large onion yellow or sweet, sliced
•2 tbsp minced garlic
•1 pat butter
•2 tbsp olive oil
•Salt and pepper
Directions:
Melt butter with olive oil in a sauce pan. Butter helps in the browning
process.
Once the butter is melted, add the sliced onion and garlic.
Stir until onions become tender and begin to lightly brown.
Mix the sliced mushrooms into the onions and finish the sautéing
process.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over steaks, poultry, as a side
dish or as a snack.
